Colin Fenn is the Managing Consultant of Your Leadership Footprint. He has led both global leadership and EMEA events for a wide range of companies and has worked with over 150 organisations across the globe since setting up an independent business in 1994. Previously he gained a wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors from a variety of consultancy and managerial roles.

A Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Colin is qualified at levels A&B in the use of psychometric tools and assessments including Myers Briggs Steps 1,2 and 3, The Hogan range of personality tools, FIRO B, MSCEIT, Emotional Competence Inventory, Dimensions.

Colin designs and delivers leadership events to increase capabilities and organisational benchstrength, alongside his coaching activities. The client groups range from Executive teams looking to maximise their performance, through to new manager programmes to help those taking their first steps in management.

His clients value his personal approach, his pragmatic results focus and grounded, practical orientation. He is known for being encouraging and supportive, yet challenging too.

A former rugby league professional, Colin takes a great interest in sport and leadership in sport. His drive for achieving excellence, continual improvement and adaptation underpins his distinct ability to enable people to be the best they can.

Paul Taylor

Paul has used his extensive experience in strategy, marketing, finance and leadership development to design and deliver a wide range of management development programmes for managers at all levels in a across a broad spectrum of of industries. He has worked with clients from blue chip organisations and government departments through to the SME sector.aul has used his extensive experience in strategy, marketing, finance and leadership development to design and deliver a wide range of management development programmes for managers at all levels in a across a broad spectrum of of industries. He has worked with clients in over 30 countries, including most of Europe, the USA and Mexico, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon, Egypt and Turkey, Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia and India, China, Japan and Korea, Nigeria, Cameroon, Kenya and South Africa. Clients have included blue-chip organisations and government departments through to the SME sector

A Blanchard accredited situational leadership facilitator, he has worked on global development programmes for almost ten years. Workshops have covered topics such as flexible leadership, leading and implementing change, managing cross-cultural remote teams, effective communications and presentations. He has also created stimulating and engaging programmes on commercial awareness, negotiating, strategy workshops and understanding finance.

He has a degree from Oxford, an MBA from City University and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Management Consultancy. He is also a keen sportsman


Harriet Alexander

Harriet is a passionate people developer, whether on a one to one basis as a coach or facilitating and delivering events for groups of people, who brings energy and enthusiasm to all she does.

In addition to being a qualified Coach in the business world, she is a qualified in Sports and fitness coaching and in Yoga as part of her mindfulness work. Having worked in the past for clients as a sports coach and instructor (including with some GB athletes) she blends this one to one experience with her corporate background.

Harriet worked in the sharp, fast paced areas of Operations and in Customer Services before joining the learning and development function in the Corporate world. She has designed and run programmes for a range of staff from front line customer facing staff through junior and middle managers to senior leadership groups. This provides her with a wide perspective and range of experiences to assist her work.

She is licensed to use Myers Briggs Steps 1&2, The Hogan Assessments, The Emotional and Social Competence Inventory and Lumina Spark. She also works on Mindfulness initiatives and resilience for a range of clients.
