Colin Fenn heads the Your Leadership Footprint’s group of coaches. Mentoring and coaching managers, executives and specialists has formed a core part of Colin’s work for more than 20 years.
A qualified business coach, life coach and careers counsellor, he has worked with a diverse client group, comprising a range of nationalities, with a mix of UK and global roles and functional expertise ranging from IT, Marketing and HR to engineering, fund management, accountancy and law.
Colin uses an eclectic approach borrowing tools, techniques and strategies from a variety of sources to provide appropriate outcomes for each client. He has worked for organisations in Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, United States, Caribbean, Venezuela, India, Kenya and throughout Great Britain.
He is British Psychological Society level A and B qualified and is accredited to use:

Personally Colin has a great interest in Sport and the associated psychology, having taken part professionally for a number of years.
