Coaching

Lead with intent

Leave a footprint

High impact coaching for leaders navigating high stakes transitions or breaking through professional plateaus.

You’ve reached this point through sheer will, drive, and personal talent. But in every leadership journey, there comes a moment where what got you here won’t get you there. Whether you are feeling “stuck” in a mid-career rut or you are daunted by a massive new opportunity, you’ve likely hit a Success Plateau.

It’s not a sign of failure—it’s a sign that your current situation requires a different perspective and a new set of strategies.

What makes my approach different?

It’s the rare intersection of two worlds.

  • The Executive’s Strategy: With formal coaching qualifications and years of corporate experience, I provide the evidence-based frameworks and rigour required to navigate complex organisational politics and high-level decision-making.
  • The Sportsman’s Grit: Having played professional rugby, I understand the psychology of elite performance, the resilience needed under fire, and how to find your “second wind” when you feel drained.

I don’t just offer theory. I offer battle-tested strategies to help you regain your edge.

“The coaching has helped me better understand my strengths and build a lot of confidence in me. I’ve learned to trust my judgment more and take ownership of finding solutions rather than relying on others.”

The “States of Play” Framework

Instead of a ladder, think of your career as a series of transitions.  My coaching meets you exactly where your momentum is today – at where the state of play is for you.

The Accelerator

The Phase
You’re moving fast, stepping into leadership for the first time or scaling a new department.

The Challenge
The “Imposter Phenomenon” or technical habits holding back leadership growth.

The Result
Developing Authentic Authority. We build the “match fitness” required to lead people with the same precision you use to lead projects.

The Re-Ignition

The Phase
You’ve hit the Success Plateau. You’re high-achieving but feeling in a “rut”—perhaps the spark has faded or the politics have become draining. Or the   responsibilities have become huge.

The Challenge
Overcoming inertia and rediscovering professional purpose. Building new habits.

The Result
A Strategic Second Wind. We use my “Grit meets Strategy” approach to break the plateau and find a gear you didn’t know you had.

The Architect

The Phase
You are operating at the highest levels—C-Suite, SVP, or Board.

The Challenge
Isolation at the top and the weight of “Legacy.”

The Result
Impactful Presence. We focus on long-term footprints—steering organisational complexity, dealing with big figures/egos and ambiguity while maintaining your personal well-being and vision.

Leadership is a Team Sport.

In my career as the Captain of a rugby team, I learned that the title doesn’t give you the authority—the way you show up for your people does. Whether we were winning by twenty or defending our line in the final minute, my role was the same: to provide clarity under pressure, to ensure everyone was aligned and  knew their next move and to provide them with the mix of support and challenge they required.

I bring that same Captain’s perspective to my coaching.

I understand that at the mid-career “Plateau,” you might feel you’ve lost that captain’s spark. Or, as a “Rising Leader,” you might be searching for your own unique style suiting your personality. My goal is to help you find it.

Whether you are accelerating your career, re-igniting your passion, or architecting your legacy, I provide the grit and the strategy to help you lead with conviction.

“The whistle will eventually blow on all our careers. The only thing that remains is the footprint we leave behind. Let’s make yours count”
